Construction
Once commissioned, Capital will take on all aspects of the construction process. Dependent upon our brief this can include:
- Negotiations and procurement of works contractors,
- Programming of each individual trade,
- Supervision by an experienced Project Manager,
- Regular reporting to Client (normally monthly),
- Full Health and Safety procedures,
- Quality control,
- Organisation of any defect rectification.
